Refund Policy - Animes Store

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns and Refunds

Returns will only be accepted in the case of receiving the wrong size or if the item is defective due to quality issues. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@animes-store.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, store credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card.

Final Sale Items

Please note, unless the item is defective, we’ve sent the wrong size, or the wrong product, all purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned. This includes items that are worn, used, or damaged after being received.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if we have accidentally sent you the wrong size or if the item is defective due to quality issues.
